Santiago Hernandez- Painting

Santiago Hernandez is a Cuban born 2D and 3D artist and art educator, who is also a drummer, percussionist and educator specializing in jazz, Latin jazz and blues music. He is a member of the adjunct fine arts faculty at Lesley University and the Massachusetts College of Art and Design and previously taught at Wheaton College, Norton, MA. and was assistant preparator at the Davis Museum and Cultural Center at Wellesley University. Santiago holds an MFA in Painting from University of South Florida, Tampa, FL and a BFA in Studio Art from School of Visual Arts, New York. His work is widely exhibited throughout the United States and is in the permanent collections of Museums and many private and corporate collectors.
